The LORSAT team from the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) organized on March 16th a virtual WORKSHOP with the members of the Advisory Board. It was a great opportunity to discuss:
- latest outcomes of the Fonds National de la Recherche (FNR), Luxembourg LORSAT project (scheduling techniques for LoRa to LEO satellites, and the emulated-based LORSAT testbed);
- LAAS research activities on LoRaWAN scheduling;
- Frontier Connect IoT deployments for smart agriculture based on LoRa over LTE-M
- DunavNET contribution to DEMETER Pilots, and transparency approach from farm to fork (based on blockchain);
- Acklio and Viveris Technologies activities on IoT header compression over satellite networks;
- GomSpace latest commercial development in nanosatellites.
